Our strangler vines (Strangler Fig) once grew around a host tree which provided support until strangled by the fast-growing vine. Now removed from the host tree, the bark of the vine has been burnt off and the underlying wood sanded and bleached, creating these amazing natural sculptures. 

What may not be obvious from the photos, is that each is entirely hollow, with a tree-shaped void running the full length. These vines are a soft wood so can be fairly light weight, and will grey like driftwood when left outside.

Finally, we may also consider cutting some of the extra tall vines down and selling half. Call us to discuss.
